What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals with intellectual disabilities actively participate in their communities, build relationships, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences. Every day is different, rewarding, and filled with opportunities to help others thrive.

Responsibilities May Include:

Supporting individuals during community outings and activities
Encouraging independence and personal growth
Assisting with daily goals and skill development
Promoting social engagement and community inclusion
Documenting activities and progress accurately
Providing safe, respectful, and person-centered support

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Work between 3–5 days per week

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
Must successfully complete a criminal background check
Reliable transportation
Must reside on the Peninsula
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Must be dependable and punctual

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives by providing support with daily living activities, community involvement, personal growth, and recreational opportunities. You will become an important part of a team that empowers individuals to reach their goals while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

Available Schedule

Part-Time:

3 to 4 Days per Week

Weekday Shifts:

4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Weekend Shifts:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Applicants must be available to work at least two weekend shifts per week.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $14.00–$15.00 per hour
